Philadelphia Parks & Recreation joined Mayor Jim Kenney @phillymayor Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Councilmember Gautheir @councilmemberjg and other City officials to celebrate refurbished basketball courts, new gaming room, and new amenities designed to welcome older youth into the West Philadelphia rec center.
The Ribbon cutting was at Christy Recreation Center (basketball courts)
where almost a year ago the young life of Kahree Simmons was taken due to gun violence.🙏🏽
